Modding for PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 as well as mod programming and reverse engineering the GTA 5 engine.. I have trouble finding a mod that adds DLC cars to regular traffic. At least where it makes sense, so no flashy and scifi cars, kind of how the the PC/PS4/X1 version added all previous DLC cars to single player traffic back in.
